Terms of Service

Last updated: October 23, 2026

These terms apply when you buy a LocalWebify plan. They are written plainly on purpose — please read section 4 (auto-renewal), section 5 (minimum terms), section 6 (refunds) and section 7 (domain names) before you pay.

1. Who we are

LocalWebify, operated as a sole proprietorship by Tiago S Oliveira, 5143 John Young Parkway #114, Orlando, FL 32839, United States. Contact: hello@localwebify.com. By buying a plan you accept these terms.

2. What you get

Business$299 the first year, then $199 per yearWebsite of up to 5 sections, hosting and SSL, online booking calendar, map and directions, service and price list, tap-to-call button, WhatsApp button, your Google reviews on the site, edited photo gallery, quote request form, email at your own domain, a second language, Google Business Profile setup, email support. All of it is set up once, at launch.
Business Care$299 one-time setup + $49 per month, 12-month minimumEverything in Business, plus hosting while active, 1 small change a month, a monthly site check-up, small fixes and maintenance, replies to your Google reviews (up to 8 a month), 1 Google Business post a month and a monthly visits report

Basic and Business have no setup fee and no minimum contract beyond the term you pay for. Business Care and the monthly services in section 8A have the minimum terms shown there. You only pay for a website plan after you approve the free preview we build for you.

A “small change” means editing text, prices, hours, photos or contact details on existing pages. New pages, new features, redesigns and new integrations are quoted separately. On Basic and Business, changes after launch are billed separately, at $19 each. Business Care includes one small change a month; extra changes are $19 each.

Business Care’s monthly change does not roll over to the next month.

3. What we need from you

We build fast because the work is done in writing. For that to hold, you agree to:

The 48-hour clock starts when we have what we need from you, not when you place the order. If material is missing, the clock pauses. If we hear nothing for 30 days, we may close the order; if you have already paid, section 6 applies.

4. Billing and automatic renewal

Basic’s list price is $199 a year. As a first-purchase offer you pay 50% less on whichever term you choose: $99 for 1 year, $198 for 2 years or $299 for 3 years. That discount applies to your first purchase only. Business is $299 the first year and renews at $199 a year, which covers hosting, your domain and SSL. The 1-year Basic plan and the Business plan renew automatically once a year on the same date, and Business Care and the monthly services renew each month, charged to the same payment method, until you cancel.

For annual plans we send a renewal reminder by email between 30 and 60 days before the renewal date, telling you the date, the amount and how to cancel. If we raise the price, we tell you in that email, and the new price only applies from the renewal after the notice.

The 2-year and 3-year Basic options are a single payment and do not renew automatically. You pay $198 or $299 once, that covers the whole period, and nothing is charged again. Before the period ends we email you with the option to continue at $199 a year. If you do nothing, the site simply stops at the end of the period.

If a payment fails, we retry over a few days and email you. If it still fails, your site may be taken offline until payment is settled.

5. Cancelling

You may cancel at any time, online and in writing, by emailing hello@localwebify.com or by using the billing link in any of our emails. No phone call, no retention script, no form to fax.

Minimum terms. Business Care has a 12-month minimum, the SEO Growth Plan a 6-month minimum and the ad services a 3-month minimum. They are billed monthly. You can ask to cancel at any time, but if you cancel before the minimum ends, the remaining months of the minimum are still due and are charged on the normal dates. After the minimum, they continue month to month and you can cancel any time. If you cancel Business Care after its minimum, you can keep your site on the Business renewal ($199 a year).

Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your site stays online until the end of the period you already paid for. After that, the site is taken offline and the hosting stops. Tell us before that date and we will send you a copy of your text, photos and content.

6. Refunds

7. Domain names — please read

If you already own your domain, it stays entirely yours. We only point it at your new site, and you can point it somewhere else whenever you like.

If we register a new domain for you as part of the service, that domain is registered and paid for by LocalWebify and remains in our account while you are a subscriber. Its cost is covered by your plan; you pay nothing extra for it.

If you later want that domain transferred into your own name, we will release it:

We will never hold a domain hostage: the fee is fixed, published here, and we complete the transfer within 10 business days of payment and of your registrar being ready to receive it.

8. Add-ons and third-party platforms

Add-ons are one-time setup services. We do the work, hand it over, and the job is done. They do not come with ongoing maintenance unless you buy it separately.

The online store add-on is set up on a free third-party e-commerce platform. That platform is run by someone else, under their own terms and their own fees for things like payment processing. If they change their rules or prices, that is outside our control. Ongoing store maintenance is not included.

The same applies to booking (Cal.com), payments (Stripe), email (Migadu) and your Google Business Profile: each has its own terms, and we are not responsible for their outages or decisions.

Results from SEO, AI visibility and Google Business Profile work depend on Google and on AI providers. We do not promise rankings, traffic, leads or sales, and you should not believe anyone who does.

10. Acceptable use

You may not use a LocalWebify site for anything illegal, for adult content, for gambling, for weapons, for deceptive claims, for pretending to be another business, or for sending unsolicited bulk email. We may take a site offline if it breaks this section, and we will tell you why.

11. Availability, warranties and limits

We host on Cloudflare and aim for continuous uptime, but we do not offer a guaranteed service level. Maintenance, provider outages and events outside our control can interrupt service.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind beyond what the law requires. Our total liability to you, for any claim, is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost customers or indirect damages.

12. Law, disputes and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts of Orange County, Florida.

Before that, please email us. Almost everything can be settled in writing in a day or two.

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with its date. If a change materially affects you, we email you before it takes effect, and your next renewal is your chance to decline by cancelling.
