What’s the difference between Basic, Business and Business Care? +
Basic puts your business online: website, hosting and an online booking calendar. Business adds what brings people in — WhatsApp button, your Google reviews on the site, a pro photo gallery, a quote form, email at your own domain, a second language and your Google Business Profile set up. All of it is done once, at launch. Business Care is Business plus ongoing care: one change a month, a monthly check-up, small fixes, replies to your Google reviews, a monthly Google Business post and a visits report.
How much is it when it renews? +
Basic and Business both renew at $199 a year, which covers hosting, your domain and SSL. Basic’s first-purchase offer is $99 for 1 year, $198 for 2 years or $299 for 3 years; Business is $299 the first year. Yearly plans renew automatically, and we email you 30 to 60 days before with the date and the amount. The 2 and 3-year Basic options are a single payment with no automatic renewal. Business Care is $49 a month with hosting included, with a 12-month minimum.
Is there a setup fee? +
Not on Basic or Business — the price you see is the whole price, and you only pay after you approve your free preview. Business Care has a one-time $299 setup (the full Business build) plus $49 a month.
Can I make changes later? +
Yes. On Basic and Business, changes after launch are $19 each — just send a message, no calls needed. Business Care includes one change a month (unused changes don’t roll over).
What’s the difference between SEO Setup and the SEO Growth Plan? +
SEO Setup ($149, one-time) gets your site ready to be found: built to be indexed, Google-friendly and readable by search engines and AI assistants. The SEO Growth Plan ($149/month, 6-month minimum) is ongoing work: 2 new pages or FAQs a month, a weekly Google Business post, title and description tuning, a technical check, directory listings, a review request kit, tracking of 3 competitors and a monthly ranking report. We don’t promise rankings — we do the work that earns them.
Does the ad service include the ad budget? +
No. Ad spend is not included — you pay Google or Meta directly, with your own card, and you choose the budget. Our fee covers setup, a landing page, conversion tracking, monthly tuning, new ads and a monthly report. Ads need about 3 months to learn and optimize, so there’s a 3-month minimum, billed monthly.
How fast will my site be ready? +
Your free preview is ready within 48 hours. After you approve and pay, your site goes live the same day.
What if I don't like the site? +
You see a free preview before you pay anything. And once your site is live, you have 7 days to ask for your money back — no forms, no arguing.
